Golf Club Membership

The luxury of living in the Broadmoor Resort Community, the Broadmoor Brownstones, the Broadmoor West Residence and other select homes near the Broadmoor Hotel is the availability of a Broadmoor Golf Club Membership. This membership gives you the access to all three Golf Courses, the Tennis club, use of the Spa and pool, and member only events.

By purchasing a qualifying property you as the buyer are eligible to apply for admission into the BRO^ADMOOR Golf Club. Should you be accepted into the BRO^ADMOOR Golf Club you will have immediate acceptance into the club if you join within six (6) months. If you decide to apply for membership at a later date, your application and consideration for admission will be subject to membership availability.

As a member you must still meet all requirements of membership and pay the appropriate initiation fees and monthly dues.
